I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours and location near campus were a plus for me. I attended school full-time and worked almost full-time. There were on the job perks such as a free pie every so often and half off our orders.

    Cons

Pay was barely above minimum wage even after advancing to the shift runner position. Communication fluctuated based on who the GM was, and that position had a high turnover rate.

-often work past scheduled hours if you come in during dinner rush - washing dishes sucks -wear and tear on your car due to stop and go driving -managets contact you too often sometimes to come fill in for others

I worked at Papa John's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

10-20+ an hour depending on the night as a delivery driver free food almost every night. Get to meet many friendly customers

    Cons

In-store chores like cleaning suck. Middle management often sucks. You will never enjoy pizza again after a few years. Work is somewhat physical and tiring.

    Advice to Management

Pay in-store team members more. Not fair that they do more work while drivers make 2 or 3 times more money.

  7. Fun part - time job. Not enough money for miles driven.

Discounts on food. Time alone driving. Meeting new people and getting tips.

Compensate employees for extra miles driven.
