    Pros

Easy, basic food industry. Get to know area well by driving personal vehicle.

    Cons

    Management, keep new employees trained.

    Advice to Management

Train new employees better so they know their responsibilities instead of putting more workload on senior staff.

    Pros

Fun environment to work in. Other than that its a stagnant job. You may possibly get somewhere, if your manager are not horrible.

    Cons

Horrid pay, horrible pay.. Even worse pay.. Laughable sharing of profits. All around ran by greed at all levels

    Advice to Management

    Ditch the greed.

    Pros

Free food if someone doesn't pick up and order or refuses delivery or if a manager makes it, easy job (doesn't take a lot of skill)

    Cons

Low pay, tips are completely based on the area your store delivers to (lower income areas generally give lower tips for example), trying to schedule you when you have class and have given them advanced notice of your schedule, two-faced management, rude customers

    Advice to Management

Increase the per delivery "bonus" given to drivers to the approximate amount of an average tip (say $2-$3) so when customers refuse to tip drivers are not losing money on the delivery. Hire managers who aren't jerks. Put in a better system of promoting existing employees.

    Pros

Good for young energetic person that's in high school or maybe collage

    Cons

They have lost the milage income most people think that when the company charges $2.00 that is the tip for the driver so most do not tip 15% to 20% not good

    Advice to Management

They are there to manage but have no clue as to do so thus many human mistakes are made by management and employees

    Pros

The job was very laid back and easy. I was made a manager within two weeks. The pay is minimum wage until i became manager then it was raised to 8.25

    Cons

The pay wasn't that great considering I did more and had way more responsibilities than other who i was getting paid the same as. and no benefits

    Advice to Management

They should pay according to quality of work, not job title

    Pros

Lucky days have really good pay. If you have no job, and want a job that's not extremely demanding, and can have some decent pay sometimes, or want a job that's about moving up the ladder, go for it.

    Cons

Unlucky days have really really pad pay. 4.25 while driving, minimum wage while in store. If you don't get the nice shifts(you won't) you'll be in store at least half the time (minimum wage). And during the day, people tip much less. Prepare to get stiffed, while making 4.25 an hour. The hours you get are NEVER consistent, the days you work are never the same, they never let you go on time, sometimes way over somtimes way early, making 40 hours a week is impossible, unless people bail on shifts and then you have to work an extra 6-8 hours on that day.

    Advice to Management

Nature of the buisness demands it be the way it is. They don't want to pay for useless employees, so someone's gota come in for a few hours, and leave for a few later and come back, or just have 2 people come in for 4 hours each day. It's not exactly their fault, and most of their managers are decent people so don't get me wrong! Not harshing on them at all.

    Pros

Most of my co-workers were hard workers and worked with me as a team. We communicated well and when there was an issue with a customer, usually we could handle it and fix it.

    Cons

The boss' management style always had me walking on egg shells. I couldn't tell if he was in a bad mood due to his sarcasm and when he got mad, he got very mad. He would yell, throw pizzas (into the trash) and almost broke a chair. A customer once commented on his attitude as being a jerk and that (employees) shouldn't have to put up with that. This manager was eventually promoted to corporate which baffles me.

    Advice to Management

If you're going to work in food, be prepared for people to make mistakes and know how to handle your anger and stress even when the store is busy.
