    Pros

Offered good experience in different areas of the company, good compensation for Erie, a lot of people are willing to help you if you are willing to work,

    Cons

No that much guidance at the start, no real leadership, management makes promises that they never keep, false sense of job security

    Advice to Management

Follow through on what you say or don't say it at all

    Pros

Excellent benefits, especially if you are looking for alternative medicine options. Employees get along well with each other. No wonder, there are many long timers here. Up until the past year, I would have given this company four stars. Employment was stable, with outsourcing used for crunch periods.

    Cons

From a long term team atmosphere, the new management is tossing that out. In it's place, is a bottom line focus. Forget about the long term employees. Becoming just another cutthroat company.

    Advice to Management

You are letting the tribal knowledge get away. Putting a college grad at a desk and telling them to work, will not cut it. Even if they are cheap, they need to know what they are doing. Training is now lacking.

    Pros

Great benefits and opportunity. Excellent company to launch a career and grow. Cares about health and wellness.

    Cons

Management doesn't understand importance of investing in innovation and long-term growth of the business but are more focused on short-term quarterly earnings.
