    Pros

The culture is amazing. You work hard and at times long hours but everyone is genuinely happy to be there, helping our customers. The salary and the earning potential is insane; it really pushes you to do your best and work hard. I love the location; love my new city.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

Continue to make the focus of the company it's workforce and it's commitment to serving our clients at a very high rate of customer care and being of value to them.

    Pros

Well if you like money Paycom is the place to work. I have never encountered a company that invests more in their employees. Paycom has grown over 200% in the last year with their IPO and are only going up from here. The knowledge you gain your first year is absolutely unmatched. This is not just a job its a lifelong career.

    Cons

The PTO is not the best.

    Advice to Management

Keep killing it and providing us strong examples of what to strive for.

    Pros

Paycom gives each employee an opportunity to build a career and life that they want. With initial training to ongoing development, there is an endless amount of opportunity to grow. It is amazing to work for a sales team that truly admires and places so much importance on its people. I have never seen anything like it! I enjoy getting up everyday and doing what I love with people that I call family.

    Cons

There have been no cons in my experience at Paycom.

    Pros

Leadership, training, culture, compensation, growth opportunity, product, client satisfaction, hires elite talent so you know you're in great company, strategic, surrounded by hard working individuals that put a lot of passion into their work from upper management to entry level employees, dedicated to innovation, sales has huge support from marketing, management actually cares about their employees, competitive spirit, exciting time to be a part of a growing and successful company.

    Cons

Product is always evolving but sometimes the processes to support those changes are slower to catch up, typical growth pains, not easy, not a fit for everyone but that's why those who succeed stay long, work hard and appreciate the opportunity.

    Advice to Management

It's pretty incredible that someone from Paycom takes time to read and respond to every review posted on here. Most of those that work for Paycom have immense pride for what they do, pride for the company, they're grateful for the opportunity and they can't help but take it personal when others claim such an opposite experience. For both the good and the bad reviews, this company cares about the experience each employee, former employee or interview candidate has and I think that attests to the type of organization Paycom is and the culture it promotes. My advice, never stop caring about the pros, the cons, rave reviews or not so great ones, listening to them all is what has helped create the company I am so thankful to be a part of. Keep caring about it, keep asking for it, keep using it and we'll all be better for it.

    Pros

I am relatively new to the company, but already there are many PROS that stick out: financial stability, massive growth rate, the ability to work for an established tech company in Oklahoma (certainly a better choice than oil and gas in my humble opinion), amazing benefits, work hard/play hard culture, still has ground floor/smaller company feel, competitive pay, excellent upward mobility, and the people that work here are quality human beings.

    Cons

No glaring CONS yet. The speed at which work gets done sometimes can feel blindingly fast, so perhaps that aspect isn't for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Keep driving forward with strong leadership and a focus on innovation. As we grow, it will be imperative that we continue to diversify ourselves and our business strategies, and find more ways to work "smarter," not just "harder." Continue to try to keep a focus on work/life balance. You have amazing people that do amazing things!

    Pros

Great culture, especially at the Corporate office! Amazing managers that help you achieve your goals - not only professionally, but personally! We have amazing an amazing C-Level suite that pushes everyone to be successful! Compensation for most departments is the best within the industry and especially the market.

    Cons

PTO time TL and above training that continue to get rescheduled can be discouraging, but I know our management is very busy!

    Advice to Management

Keep scheduled training for all employees! Be sure we are competitive within the industry for all positions, not just most of them with pay. Paycom is an amazing company and I know that the future is very bright! Keep push all departments to be successful and do the best that they can be!

    Pros

Paycom is an incredible organization that truly buys into your success. Since joining the organization back in early 2014 I have been given the tools to be successful through hands on training by our VP of Sales. After you complete your baseline training your manager goes on appointments with you and shows you the ropes. The mentorship and leadership shown by my manager has allowed for me to be successful. The compensation and benefit packages are not capped so you truly control your success. The key to being successful at Paycom is learning, constantly improving yourself and being patient. While success can be accomplished quickly it typically takes around a year to reach your goals. However, it is all worth it once you reach your goals/dreams. Another incredible opportunity is Presidents Club. Paycom is an opportunity that could change your life if you have the drive to succeed and the grit to fight through the challenges that arise.

    Cons

Limited accrual availability for first year sales representatives, but recently made improvements and added 2 personal days on top of the 5 vacation days.

    Advice to Management

Continue promoting from within and opening new office nationwide to create more opportunities.

All very true statements. We are committed to listening to our employees needs and make every effort to accommodate them accordingly. Hence the two additional personal days!

First few months require a bigger time commitment. You want to make sure you have the drive and internal motivation to be in outside sales.

    Pros

Incredible pay structure with tiered commission and stock incentives, a generous base salary. You truly feel accomplished for your hard work because of the compensation. The culture of the company is one of a kind across the board. You have to choose to have a bad day with the kind of energy and support that constantly surrounds you. You have the ability to grow and follow a career path that makes sense for your strengths. Upper management and management values their talent.

    Cons

PTO is slim to when you start out, but this helps you get a client base- it increases with tenure.
