    ProsGreat if you like being in a company that micromanages everything and talks out of both sides of their mouths.

    ConsExecutives try to lead by fear and intimidation. Always cutting staff to the point of no coverage. Guests upset daily as there isn't staff to assist with their needs. Executives make statements such as "I don't give a $h!t about customer service. I will get my bonus!"

    Advice to Senior ManagementLearn how to treat employees and guests or you're on a fast track to no profits or your precious bonus. You're cutting expenses and labor so dee people aren't coming anymore.

    ProsThey have a great toke rate. The people you work with are excellent. Its in a -beautiful location close to dc and baltimore

    Consmanagement doesnt promote based on company guidelines but rather by favortism or i jst dont know--floor person A no college 20 yrs in business 2 games ro and bj and Weak---Floorperson B Hospitality Management degree 15 years in busness-all games offered but one (Cr-Ro-Ba-Bj)knowledgeble and proven trainer- pit boss pomo goes to----employee A

    Advice to Senior ManagementCheck your communtication with management and listen to them they are on the front lines.Promote by merit not favortism.

    Stay away from this company

    Cashier (Current Employee) Charles Town, WV

    ProsHelps pay for your college bills up to $2,000 a year.

    ConsNo free time off, including holidays. Very litttle room for advancement. No recognition for hard work. Bad and unprofessional management. No open door ppolicy allowed without being made to look like a bad employee. Raises come once a year and are not worth your wait. You'll have a better chance of making more in fast food then you would at this particular casino ina year. Customers are extremely rude and management and security never do anything to defend you. You can get pushed and the guest won't be kecked out.

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep a better eye on your management workers in your casino. They are given to much freedom and authority to do as they please and not as the company needs.
