    I worked at Pepsi MidAmerica

    Pros

Guaranteed 40 hour work week with decent pay. Management isn't awful and works hard to keep company moving along. Difficulty of job ranges from super easy to extremely strenuous.

    Cons

I enjoyed working there at first. Then I noticed that no matter how hard I worked it was never good enough. You're expected to learn the job within a day and if you don't know how to do something you get scolded real quickly for it. They expect you to work more than 40 hours but don't want to pay you for overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't kill yourself trying to impress upper management, your terrible pay check is not worth the amount of time and effort that is put into your job.

How do they recognize a good worker when they fire potential good workers left and right.

I have been working at Pepsi MidAmerica full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The hours 8-5 are great hours to work. It is a pretty relaxed environment too.

    Cons

Some potential employees have to enter the company in a entry level department. Some but not all workers here are burnt out on training so good luck receiving good quality training if you get one of these people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To prevent burnout from a potentially good worker, have only one or two people train and have this be their main job unless there is no one to train at the time. Care!! Until proven wrong by the employee, give people a chance to prove themselves, monitor whats going on with new hires, don't just sit in your office all day.

I have been working at Pepsi MidAmerica

    Pros

The best part about working for Pepsi MidAmerica is the fact that the company is such a well-developed trademark and is admired by most of the other companies. The work is pressureless and the schedule is made by you. You do not have someone breathing over your neck telling you what to do.

    Cons

The management never lets you know what to do, while getting upset when you do something "that is not in the job description." You determine your own schedule, but they can tell you to travel to different towns to do extra work whenever they feel necessary. Yea

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have comunication with your employees

    I worked at Pepsi MidAmerica

    Pros

Is very good work experience for a resume builder. That is about it

    Cons

upper management is terrible. Big disconnect between everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more open communication with employees. The use of "fear for you job" doesn't work. Too much of a show when upper management comes to town.
