I worked at PepsiCo as an intern for less than a year
Pros – The people there were great and extremely helpful. I worked at a warehouse, but it was really fun and interactive. I had a chance to shadow many different positions which was interesting. I truly enjoyed working at PepsiCo! It was a great experience!
Cons – It was the first year of this program at this site so it was a little unstructured. Pay is not great, but it's something. Some politics, but not a big deal.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the incentives for employees.
Keep making it more diverse.

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Strategically-focused management at corporate HQ. Divisions operate rather autonomously to deliver shorter-term results. Lots of really smart people, generally working together really well.
Cons – North American sales of carbonated soft drinks (CSDs) have been declining for 7 years. PepsiCo is diversified into other food and beverage categories, and there is a huge potential for international growth, but that trend puts pressure on domestic profit growth.
Advice to Senior Management – Be smart about planning and operating the domestic divisions so you don't have to do lay-offs when CSD profits decline.

I have been working at PepsiCo
Pros – I used to work at a competitor of PepsiCo and someone from the Talent Acquisition team reached out to me to discuss a job opportunity. One of the key attractions was the culture at PepsiCo since my existing company at the time really did not have a “great story” to tell. As we all know “News travels fast!” Once I joined PepsiCo I was pleasantly surprised to experience the culture first hand. PepsiCo prides itself in a culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
Cons – So far I donot have any "Cons"

I have been working at PepsiCo as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – There are good worker bees employed there, lots of people wanting to do right by the company. The facilities are nice, updated and clean. The open Pepsi fountain machine in the break room is a nice perk. Depending on your manager or team leader, they are interested in your career growth. Onsite cafeteria is very good, nice variety.
Cons – Politics are horrible. Time to decision is sometimes counter productive. Bypassing process was the norm. They hold a carrot in front of the contractors with hopes of being hired on. Would recommend to friends that can deal with politics, its not for everyone. Your career grows faster when it benefits the manager above you. (get an ice machine for the soda machine left open all day)
