    Pros

The managers are very nice and the people i work with are amazing. They are the reason i love my job so much. There are times when we can mess around but we all know when things need to be done. My schedule is pretty flexible too as far as hours go. It's a fun place to work at.

    Cons

*It can get so busy its hard to keep up *Hours are usually all over *got no formal training. Learned from watching other people and learning from other employees

I have been working at Perry Ellis International part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Perry Ellis has offered me flexible work hours and much experience in the retail field. Everyone is nice and accommodating when training and everyone pitches in to help you learn the job. Another up side is your ideas are considered. Corporate like to hear new ideas and ways to improve the company.

    Cons

I've currently had no bad experiences while working at Perry Ellis. However it seems that your experience will vary depending on which location you work at. One of our sister stores has what seems like a bit more of a hard team to work with.

    - Abundant growth opportunities - Entertaining events and workshops for the entire office hosted on a regular basis - Welcoming HR staff does well to train and prepare each employee during the on-boarding process

    Cons

    - Not much interaction between departments - Personality differences sometimes make for confrontational situations - Since the company is so large, it's hard to gain the attention and respect of higher ups
