    India Company is US

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsA good place is you are from India and trying to get into US business world. Otherwise, don't bother applying.

ConsOnly interested in candidates that are from India. Very biased against 'Americans' and will phase you out. Cheap in pay and slow in paying commissions.

Advice to Senior ManagementBeware of getting a discrimination case against you

Persistent Hyderabad sucks with politics at sr.mgmt level

Tech Lead (Former Employee) Hyderābād (India)

ProsGood for freshers and people who want a good salary rise but only for short term of 6 months

Cons1).Sr.Project Mangers sticking for long play cheap politics for survival
They do not allow new people who join at senior level to grow unless they join their group

2).Center head is dependent on such sr.PMs who misguide him and this shows his weakness which is not good for persistent hyderabad in future.

3).HR-Manager comes from admin background and does not know how to retain employees. Plays politics along with some sr.PM associated with him

4).Persistent hyderabad center expects fast results without showing patience and they lack vision.
Not a good work environment for mid level and senior guys to work for long term. The expect 200% of output though you put your 100%.

Advice to Senior Management1).Persistent hyderabad HR-Mgr and other HR team should be revamped or transferred to different place.
2). Senior PMs with old technical knowledge play politics for their survival. They need to be transferred to different location in order to curb politics.
3). HR Mgr here is involved in recruitment of some guys with their past relations by taking money

If the top mgmt. in pune does not take the above steps, then they can take my word. Persistent hyd will not grow as expected. It will loose good people soon.
