    - Low - Medium Pay. It used to be a pay master at one time.
    - Employee Feedback Mechanism is not very effective.
    - Focus shifted to services than product development
    - Newer mid management recruits do not have product mindset

    Exposure to multiple domains and technologies in a short span. Great customer interaction opportunities to learn from many experts and to offer expertise in their surrounding areas. Appreciate the values provided by a consulting firm.

    Job requires a lot of travel and often doesn't end up in a deal thus leading to certain amount of dissatisfaction.

    If anyone wants to learn and is eager to learn all the technical skills, this is the best company to start. The friendly environment and supportive seniors with your enthusiasm makes a perfect blend.

    Onsite opportunities are less. Though it has improved lately.
