I worked at Persistent Systems (India)

    Pros

I've worked here for 2 years as a fresh graduate student. I had fantastic experience working here. The work culture is good, so was the overall work. I got the opportunity to work on good technologies, which added to my professional growth

    Cons

The only issue I saw while working here was with work life balance. There were several instances where I've had to stay at work for over 12 hours. Better time management with project schedules, could certainly help address this.
