    Pros

    Good salary, respectable job, lot to learn

    Cons

    Too much work, no routine, seniors will break all regulations and blame you. Chinese officers have all the power regardless if they are qualified or not

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Top management should be given to qualified people not just Chinese, Salaries are great, rotation is just 28 days. The food and living standards are high

    Pros

    good environment, nice people and almost every one works here is hard working, the working building is beautiful and the security work is pretty good.

    Cons

    the traffic is bad in Beijing, the traffic jam is so heavy that every day people spend a lot of time on the way to work.

    Pros

    This is a state owned company. It provides very good benefits. The company culture makes you feel like you were in a big family.

    Cons

    You may feel so comfortable bur boring sometimes because you may feel the job is not challenging. You probably can predict what you may look like if you keep staying in the company for twenty years.
