    Pros

    As a salaried employee we had great pay and benefits. We were allowed to function with a great deal of autonomy and never were micro-managed.

    Cons

    Since it is such a big company, you some times feel as you are merely a number.

    Good benefits, salary, bonus for someone out of college. You also receive company car, paid internet, cell phone, and paid internet.

    Cons

    This ship is going down hard. The sinking isn't happening as fast as the Titanic but it's happening! executive management is incompetent pushing out promotional deals and programs that don't work

    Get back to basics like treating your sales people right. We are the bread and butter that keep this ship going.

    health dental benefits ,automobile discount cigarettes and tobacco products,no overnight travel.independent scheduling of work day hours,no heavy lifting in any sense of the word

    increasing expectation for higher sales numbers in a declining business,endless redundant paperwork and documentation of snallest insignificant details of every aspect

    find something safe and useful to sell instead of contributing to over 400,000 deaths yearly,and stop spending millions to fight legal rulings that go against you

    Pros

    Benefits Package, vehicle, pay is competitive but beginning to become less competitive vs. the work and hours we put in.

    Cons

    Very political to advance within the company. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Same salary even though we bought 2 more companies and do their work too on top of our old existing jobs. No thanks from management or senior leadership. Upper management is afraid to challenge or disagree with senior managers and VPs+.

    Step in our shoes once in a while and see the hard work and dedication that gets done even with all the problems that come our way from our own leaders screw ups.
