Pros – Great, uplifting atmosphere with encouraging co-workers. The staff trains you well and you feel welcome into the community/pine cove family. The welcoming week/training prepares you for the summer ahead.
Cons – The high paced atmosphere can get exhausting, but that is sort of expected with the nature of working at a summer camp.
