I worked at Pinkberry part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free frozen yogurt, easy tasks, easygoing team who are all high school or college aged.

    Cons

Tedious script to follow when addressing customers, minimal tips, long hours of working in a crowded space with lots of employees packed into a small area.

I have been working at Pinkberry part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pinkberry is a great place to work especially if it is your first job. The managers are very laid-back yet authoritative. You get 2 free yogurts or a medium during each shift which isn't bad. The training is very thorough and the job is a piece of cake. There is also lots of room for growth if you make it clear that that's what you want.

    Cons

For a frozen yogurt place, Pinkberry closes way too late (12:30- 1 in some locations!) so closing shifts suck, if you are not a closer, and it is a slow day, you will get sent home early. They put a lot of employees to work when we don't need and and put too little when we do. But hey that's food service!

    I worked at Pinkberry part-time

    Pros

Pinkberry was a great summer job! It was fun and fast paced environment. The management divided the team members into teams and had a friendly incentive competition, you received points for each accurate swirl. The winning team got a free trip to six flags! Overall a good experience!

    Cons

The space was small, so you often felt cramped and in the way of everything. Also the training a huge new group of staff took a really long time. You have to go through 4 or 5 days of training watching video and completing a packet but it ended up taking about 2-3 weeks to be fully trained.
