“Non stressed great environment”
Current Employee – been working at Pinnacle Bancorp
Pros – Flexible schedule. Not pressed to meet cross sale. Good wages.
Cons – Not much room for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management – Have more steps up. After going from teller to personal banker, the next step would be loan assistant but it doesn't pay much more.
