    Pros

The vacation is great. No nights, weekends or holidays are worked in my position. Hours are great if you have a family.

    Cons

Raises are usually poor. The only way to move up in the company is not staying loyal to your position.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees and they will take care of the customer.

    Pros

Mailing machines stand just as good a chance as buggy whips at staging a comeback. If they do, you will be perfectly positioned.

    Cons

Large number of middling performers that are 40 year veterans

    Advice to Management

The new products that they are developing need to be more than rhetoric.
