I have been working at Pizza Hut part-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are no good reasons to work here.

    Cons

This is the Cheapest place you could work for. No one cares about what you do. You work no hours a week. They expect you to do everything in that time: Cook, Prep, Wash, Cut and more. And they can pay you 7,25 forever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should stop thinking about making money.

I worked at Pizza Hut part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty relaxed and flexible with scheduling

    Cons

Management severly lacked the skills necessary to run the fast food chain. Very lazy. Often had managers that would drink on the job, talk on the phone constantly, or be outside hanging out with friends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Higher a new management team.

I have been working at Pizza Hut part-time for less than a year

    Pros

All I can say is that the job was very easy and required almost no effort except to remain calm when customers harassed me over the phone. As long as you show up, you pretty much have a job.

    Cons

Had to ask permission to use restroom. Minimum wage for a job that required receiving verbal harassment from customers over the phone. You were only allowed 50% off a personal pizza during break. Skip applying here unless it's your first job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire children and pay better so you may treat your employees better.

I worked at Pizza Hut full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You would be able to pay bills, well not on time...

    Cons

Manager's treat the employees like they are less of a person then them. They allow the custerms to talk to you any kind of way and want you to smile, and think everything is OK. There is no free anything. Even orders that are cancelled we can't eat. Custerms have went as far as throwing pizzas, and bread sticks at the employees at the front counter. My grandfather died and my hours got cut because they said I " missed to many days" . You might get a raise once a year if you're lucky. And if you let them talk to you any kind of way or flirt with the manager, you can get away with anything. The manager s are lazy, and want the CSR to handle problems with the Custerms

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To train your managers in Louisville ky, on how to handle things better. To learn how to treat each employee as equal, no matter if they are straight or anything else. They need a lot of work. Also have a class or something about treating employees with respect, because without the blue shirt they are regular people trying to pay bills like everyone else.
