    Pros

Quick cash. Always able to pick up shifts.

    Cons

Very political. Empty promises for promotions. Very strict rules.

    Advice to Management

Value hard work as much as sales when evaluating employees.

    Pros

The money was great, but that is about it. At the time I started in the Pleasure pit they payed for me to go to dealer school so that was awesome.

    Cons

Management played favorites, changed rules to make work worse for dealers in terms of money and labor. We used to only work 60 minutes on with a 20 minute break and they changed it to 80 minute on with 20 minute break. They also weren't fair about who was able to go from part time to full time and from night shift (8pm-4am) to day shift (12-8pm). Some girls in the pleasure pit, were allowed to wear certain things while others weren't. I for one, had to wear high heel boots, while others girl got to wear flat boots; when you are on your feet for 8 hours leaning over a table, it makes a difference, They also "juice" in management. Some of the management employers do not have college degrees in a position where they really should.

    Advice to Management

Please be aware of the situation in the Pleasure Pit, girls are treated unequally and the casino manager plays favorites.

    Pros

Company spirits are somewhat high for the situation

    Cons

Unorganized. Daily changes to procedures. Everyone seems on edge. Upper management seems confused on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Figure out your procedure and then teach your employees. Adding on additional steps is the same as adding a band aid to a broken leg. Its not fixing anything.

    Pros

A great first job and a great place to learn about the food and beverage industry.

    Cons

Management needs to treat their employees with more respect and not dwell on saving pennies. Management is looking out for their own backs, no teamwork!

    Pros

Discounts to Restaurants (all concepts), insurance coverage, and that sometimes is not worth enough to overshadow the cons!

    Cons

Chaotic mess, the necessities of the company get pushed aside by the wants of the big wigs and some of the over-glorified assistants and others who whine for useless things. Most things are left for last minute, because individuals do not share the information beforehand. Individuals in leadership roles who should not be holding any type of leadership position ever, but have it only due to connections to CEO or higher company faces...Along with many other problems...

    Advice to Management

Worry about your employees and customers needs first, not just the money....that is what is bringing the company down fast!!

    Pros

Flexibe scheduling is available, good money in a short period of time, fellow employees were great to work with, good music.

    Cons

Micro managed, inconsistent communication between mgmt and employees. Probably a tribute to the poor culture at CNH. Inapropriate comment made about workers appearance.

    Advice to Management

start treating your employees with respect. Things do not have to be a game, become more consistant and less militant.
