    Pros

Welcoming environment onboarding new talent into a high-paced environment, that is often very chaotic! I felt welcomed by the management and supported to learn, as a new dealer, from both management and fellow dealers.

    Cons

I was hired "part-time" but often worked more than 40 hours/week. I did not have a consistent schedule. I did not get benefits and finding two days off in a row were very rare!

    Advice to Management

Support employees schedules by providing part-time workers multiple days off in a row.

    Pros

Always shifts available for pick up if you want to work, celebs come in on occasion to dine, or get up on stage for a presentation, you work with great people.

    Cons

Gratuity only on parties of 5 or more, so many hours, work lots of double shifts.

    Pros

You restaurant gets people in the doors just because its a Planet Hollywood! They are also always in tourist areas, so the ticket prices will always be more that other, non-chain, restaurants. I really liked the management staff that I worked for in NY TIme Square as well. The people were great and I always had a great time.

    Cons

I hate the stupid ties! Other than that, I can't complain. The only other down side is that if it is not tourist season, the place is DEAD! Work a lot and save up during the busy times when you are pulling in a lot of money and then just go on a vacation or something.

    Pros

You can make great money once you get used to the flow of the restaurant and how to determine which tourist will tip and what not so you can upsell or not. You have to work extremely hard and bus and run food to most of your tables. Be able to handle being sat 4 tables at a time or more during rush!

    Cons

Tourist trap, bad management, old micros system pos. Long hours!

    Pros

strong policies for training, spec adherance, customer service

    Cons

    outdated concept, shrinking market share

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on food quality, menu items and service standards. Updating the celebrity partners to be more contemorary is a must.
