The actual HR performance evaluation model is completely wrong

    Pros

Good team environment. You can learn things with professionals from different areas. Good work-life balance.

    Cons

The overuse of recruitment agencies raise some doubts about values beeing payed. These "middle-man" are useless and only there to get rich. They don't give formation and you are on your own.

    Advice to Management

Stop with the excessive outsourced people. Cut the middle-man (recruitment agencies) and offer good conditions to these people. They are good professionals, and the recruitment agencies are not a added value, they are only there to keep some money from our work (there are agencies keeping 30%)

    Pros

Job Security and leading market positions, diversity of protfolio, international presence Reduced pressure from clients Recognizable brand Good work environment with informal relation

    Cons

Lack of opportunities for growth due to a mature market, Company politics and alliances and Career systems based on personnal attributes which makes it harder for an unknown to go through the ranks. lack of integration with international business and lack of visibility of oportunites outside

    Advice to Management

10 years without visible investment on human resources is a long time for a company who wants to succeed. When facing such a strong menace like the ones we are living corporations need an environment that promotes change and risk taking, not authoritarian management and cost focus
