“Absolutely LOVE This Job!!!!”
I have been working at Pottery Barn Kids part-time for less than a year
Pros – I never thought I would love working in retail until I started at Pottery Barn Kids! Great place, lovely people!
Cons – Its retail - you still get "interesting" customers, but that comes with the territory. Just have to smile and nod sometimes.
Advice to Senior Management – I'm in management but regardless, I'd say to GM's...schedule more people with the closing crew.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

“A fantastic People First culture, focused on the external and internal customer!”
I have been working at Pottery Barn Kids full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great teams, upper management that listens to the concerns of it's people. Great training ( learner driven) great focus on selling. All team members empowered to do what is needed to take care of guests.
Cons – As with most retailers these days, payroll can sometimes pose an obstacle to getting the workload done.
