    Network Administrator (Former Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsThe company is investing a lot of money in the latest technology. The business is growing steadily. The company is hiring constantly new people in manufacturing and operations.

ConsA lot of Business Analyst doing the talking but don't have the technical knowledge to understand what they are talking about.
The company doesn't value experienced people. The pay is a bit below industry standard in IT and way below industry standard in engineering. Too much politics.

Pros- Good place to work for to start your career

Cons-Too much politics involved. You have to say "yes" to your boss to get a promotion
-Employees are underpaid but given so much work
-Management tries to squeeze out every penny out on everything
-Does not recognize your achievements or giving you a decent raise when necessary

It is a good place to work with a big emphasis on safety.

    Assembly Technician (Former Employee)

ProsManagement doesn't pressure you too much, they mainly want to see a quality product produced. They are also easy to approach if you have a question about what you're working on or if you want to give constructive feedback.

ConsThere could sometimes be more communication between departments. The temporary employees would get no warning when they're services would no longer be needed, even after telling some of them that they would be hired on after their first 90 days.

Advice to Senior ManagementEncourage more communication between the engineering and assembly departments and let your temp workers no ahead of time if they are going to be let go.
