    Cons

Mid Size Firm. Do not expect big policies & big processes. But that's not of much important. Not many location options if you want to work from Offices. But Work From Home Options are many.

    Pros

Prosoft provides a relaxed atmosphere with good benefits and deals with a quality product you can be proud to offer to customers.

    Cons

The company has a small company feel that comes with some desire for more structure in communicating between departments and overall organization.

    Advice to Management

Put together some systems that will better unify how things are done from one department to the next, and start by asking the employees what they need to better do their jobs.
