    company values the whole employee, recognizing that personal interests and professional interests are interconnected

    often heavy focus on mobility can cause people to be promoted before they are ready. sometimes this causes issues with the effectiveness of middle management.

    Great training, culture is very family first, PVPs are excellent

    Cons

    If you're not hired in as a manager, the chance of being promoted from an administrator are very slim.

    Help admins become more integral part of the company - reward them like management is rewarded.

    Taking a position with P&G will always be the best career decision you could make. They have the best marketing training in the world.

    Amazing people - in character and capability. Great company resources - deep expertise. Very good compensation and benefits. Promote from within drives strong emphasis on development of people.

    Cons

    I have worked for another large company and find it difficult to find something that I dislike. The work is hard, but rewarding.

    Great People
    Great Pay
    Internal Mobility
    Strong Brands, Strong Analysis, and Focus on Brand Building
    Strong Mentoring community
    Midwestern Values (if you like that sort of thing)

    Cons

    Matrix Organization
    Lots of Change
    Management is over managed and therefore over manages
    Conservative
    Slow Moving
    Focus on Profit and Innovation at the same time causes tension in the organization

    Let the BUs do what they need to do. Manage less, analyze less, make more decisions.
