Freedom to ask why something is happening and make suggestions.
Good medical benefits
Cons – Long drive for me
Systems can be confusing and require work arounds
401k provider is not the most helpful
Advice to Senior Management – Better systems for client services staff.
Make sure supervisors are involved in decsion making as they understand the day to day operations.
