I have been working at Prosperity Bank part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great schedule, not a terrible salary scale, and overall good place to work.

    Cons

Showing wealthier customers better service than the less wealthy ones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat all customers the same, treating customers with more money with better service isn't customer service. You're serving the money, not the customer.

I have been working at Prosperity Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Healthcare is relatively inexpensive, it is a very regimented working environment, and the compny provides you with a plethora of training material to keep you up to date on the most recent changes in federal regulations

    Cons

Sales goals should be assigned and altered from branch to branch since walk-in business can be slower in some locations compared to others; which cause a disparity in sales and loan referrals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Prosperity Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Prosperity really values it's employees and is personally invested in the well-being of each individual. It's a very positive and encouraging environment to work in. The company provides plenty of perks including employee appreciation events that go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Eddie Creamer is genuinely a nice guy and really does care about employees and customers. Their contribution to the community is admirable at least and says a lot about the comapny.

    Cons

It can be stressful at times due to high volume and understaffed. There is limited opportunity for growth and the pay is pretty minimal compared to the amount of responsibility you have.
