    Pros

    Benefits are decent, flex time is good, gym on site, people are mostly nice, work from home benefits when needed.

    Cons

    Non technical analysts expect you to keep your head down and "just code" without asking questions or trying to improve the software. Has resulted in a fragile system developed over 15 years without proper upkeep, many talented technical people willing to jump in and make it better but get burned out on fighting non-technical analysts and slow business processes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of the overhead, non technical analysts are useless and slow down progress - get a proper QA department and trust your technical staff to do what they do best.

    The work itself is easy, monotonous. For the most part, not a highly school educated work force.

    Coworkers are kind, there are multiple rounds of checking info entered so if something is incorrect it mostly gets caught and fixed.

    Cons

    Being expected to know laws and regulations without being taught. Little money, long hours. How long you work there matters more to them than your level of education or intellect.

    They happen to have a Nice Restuarant

    Cons

    You get no benefits. You feel excuded from Company programs and events. The pay is terrible for an experienced professional working through a temp service.

    Just Hire people directly. You spend all this money to pay Temps less for an uncertain amount of time.

    Pros

    It's been around for a while and has conservative investment strategies, so it's done pretty well through the tough times. Upper management is beginning to open up to more up to date ideas.

    Cons

    Is still way behind in terms of employee satisfaction, is horrible at communicating with lower management and even worse with communicating with employees, is extremely cheap and overly conservative with systems

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Expand. Talk to your employees, one on one. Time expensive systems overhauls with acquisitions so they mask the hit in stock price.
