    Pros

    I worked for Prudential for over 25 years and loved working for them. I enjoyed the various positions I had with them throughout the years.

    Cons

    Throughout my years I experienced several downsizing but was able to post successfully for other positions.

    Pros

    Benefit package is decent and reasonable.
    Plenty of promotion opportunities if working hard.
    Training is good.

    Cons

    Work load could get very stressful depending on the team you belong to.
    Hard to find the right contact person from other building.
    No life for family if in the wrong team.

    Advice to Management

    Some managers could get emotional and hard to communicate.
    Sometimes too many unnecessary meetings.
    Some managers got promoted because of certification but doesn't really have good leadership.
