    Westernized management style, flexible and with aim to serve business depts well. Regional office is expanding

    Cons

    Pretend to encourage internal mobility but not the reality. In Asia countries are silo, not really willing to groom talents with a common goal

    Pros

    Flexible employer who is fair but demands their pound of flesh. Good staff relations and excellent benefits.

    Cons

    It can be very political at senior levels and is a lot more ruthless at these levels. Heavily regulated which can be frustrating at times.

    remove some of the politics. Encourage people to do the best for the company not what is just right for them.

    Friendly environment. If got stuck with any work related problem, someone was always there to help.

    Nothing to say about. Healthy work environment. Extra curricular activities. Everything was there. Hard to find any Cons.

    If you are working in Asia, the crown jewel of the company, then you will find many opportunities for growth, and a chance to work in some of the most vibrant markets in the world.
    Some very bright people at the top
    Importance of UK and the attendant influence are diminishing

    Cons

    Very strong orientation to Agency; over-weighted to this distribution platform.
    Extensive, prolonged, and test-centric evaluation during hiring process.
    Long hours are the norm

    Good people.
    Good exposure to the industry.
    Open to ideas from all.

    Could take a while to move up the ranks.
    Lots of Excel can be involved - which is ok if you like Excel I guess!
