The people are really nice, the benefits are great, and higher management usually understand that you have a life too.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

    Pros-Great benefits
    -Cool office
    -Nice area
    -Nice coworkers

Cons-Core ideas for campaigns/plans aren't resonated to the rest of creative, so when I'm given stuff to work on, I'm not really sure what's going on
-Long hours when it comes close to client reviews/meetings and gaining new business, but I think that's everywhere in the industry

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate where ideas are going more openly so the rest of the office (creative especially) can better the work given before them.

    Great place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsCompany is on the right track for success. Lots of digital training initiatives. Getting stronger in New Business. Fun environment.

ConsNY office is in a horrible location, though it is good for commuters. It would be better if we co-existed with Modem.

Advice to Senior ManagementGianinno may want to shake up senior leadership in the NY office to help company elevate to the next level.

Good place to work, but not perfect.

    Director (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsDespite the fact that it owns many businesses, it allows them to maintain culture. As long as you have a good cultural fit in your placement, you still get all of the scale benefits of being part of a large, european group.

ConsIt takes a long time to get anything that impacts more than one company approved. Also, you are required to use internal partners for projects (IT) that are usually competency-challenged.

Advice to Senior ManagementMoving in the right direction with online media focus, but need to let the groups manage to the lifecycle of the products.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees more fairly. Teaching is good but rest is better.

Good people, good work, good times.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsAs an intern we were given real work and the intern project kept us super busy. It was a great learning experience and got a chance to meet and work with great people.

ConsAlthough I worked on a real account, I wish I had been able to float around to other accounts and help wherever needed rather than just wait for work on my one account.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave the creative interns float around and do work on any and all accounts whenever available. More experience, and more interesting for everyone.
