    Pros

Great exposure to work and clients. Teams are very flexible and understanding. Also, great compensation!

    Cons

Very long hours during the winter. For an intern it's great because you get paid overtime but for fulltime employment that doesn't apply. The training didn't help much on using the database.

    Pros

it;s a flexible and variable work environment with great opportunities to progress and good people. also allows travel and international placements

    Cons

you will work long, antisocial hours for less pay than you could achieve in industry and the higher you get in the firm, the more your job becomes about selling

    Advice to Management

invest in technology as pwc is far behind its competition in terms of capability. also provide better sales training as that is what differentiates high performers

Work mostly with people your own age Large focus on personal development The company invests a lot in its technology Great reputation, if you decide you want to leave there are a lot of other opportunities available

    Cons
