Hard to have a work life balance.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGood benefits and internal training.

ConsToo much focus on selling and extreme competition does not always bring out the best in people. There are other organizations that have as good or better compensation, benefits and work life balance.

    Joke.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsFree phone and decent vacations.

Cons- Subjective performance reviews that only measure how much management likes you as a person, not the work you do.
    - Senior management's project reviews are worthless, just as their competence.
    - Senior management has no backbone and agrees and/or sucks up to what everyone else outside of their team tells them about their associates.
    - Certain employee favoritism and lots of negative gossip.
    - Fellow associates will pretend to be your friend, but in reality will make you look bad in front of management so that they can remove you from projects and opportunities.
    - Budgets get blown out of proportion for long useless emails, phone conversations, and for the sake of filling time.
    - Other associates will not know anything but will still get a better review than you because they suck up and bow down to power hungry little people.
    - Only a few projects were useful, the rest are repetitive, boring, and never add any value.

Advice to Senior ManagementBeing promoted to manager or senior manager doesn't really make you a manager or leader.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsFlexible in hour you reach your 55 hours during the busy season.

ConsUnreasonable expectations from management. The tone at the top and the culture at the management level are in conflict.

    Walk away

    Manager (Former Employee)

ProsThe company offers great benefits but not much else.

ConsThe company preaches work life flexibility but the reality is there is no respect for your personal time. You must be married to the organization. If you live to work than this is the organization you will excel in.

Advice to Senior ManagementDirectors and above should work on building up their teams instead of putting them down and do not promise the moon to clients unless you are going to pitch in on the work. Top management is out of touch with how the real work gets done.

Pay a Living Wage! I made more money as a bartender.

    Associate (Current Employee)

    ProsStill trying to figure out...

ConsThe pay is so undermarket for this area, I live with roommates, drive an old car and STILL struggle to buy groceries.

Advisory Services Recruiters Rude & Unqualified

    Sourcing Manager (Former Employee)
    Remote, OR

    ProsCouple of nice contract sources.

ConsTreat sourcing contractors like 2nd class citizens, no training, contractors not provided any resources, recruiters rude to candidates, interview process for candidates 60+ days. Unethical dishonest recruiters that use foul language. Managing Director for core banking bragged on conference call about making one of his female managers cry.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire recruiting leaders who actually understand passive sourcing and latest recruiting techniques...yours are 10 years behind! Booze & co far outclasses you!
