I have been working at PwC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

varied work, opportunity to work with world class people, surrounded by expertise, management are keen to promote you if you demonstrate the right skills

    Cons

long hours for really poor money to begin with, absolute joke of a bonus scheme

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

we need to pay juniors more to build up a bank of goodwill across the first three years - otherwise (as we see) there will be a (continuing) exodous of talent and we will need to recruit externally.
