Current Employee – been working at PwC full-time for more than a year
Pros – Really flexible, and supportive of achieving a healthy work/life balance. The firm do genuinely believe in "doing the right thing" for the community.
Cons – In my opinion, those that work the hardest (managers/senior managers) do not get enough recognition
Advice to Senior Management – Value your Senior Associate 2/Manager population better to prevent the drop-off that is often seen at this level.

Former Employee – worked at PwC as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Excellent set of people to work with, managers, peers, directors and partners. The work set out for me during the internship was of great quality and actually contributed to the success of the team and department which I was working in.
Cons – Can be rigorous, tedious work at times such as using certain pieces of software, e.g. Excel or otherwise. However this is at a basic level and to progress further within the division it is good to have a great foundation and knowledge of this area.
