    Pros

Great culture; very helpful colleagues; great work life balance; good pay; excellent benefits; consistent training and re-training; a masterful HR Consultant in Mrs. Hill and huge charity involvement.

    Cons

Nothing readily comes to mind. Let's face it - this is a PLACE of BUSINESS and will always be run as such. Let's not be side-tracked by the headwinds of change which will easily blow over without incident.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

    - Easy to make a difference
    - Entrepreneurial
    - Good working environment
    - Career opportunities

    Cons

    - Constant change environment
    - Complicated structures and processes

    Advice to Management

The culture needs a bit of a push to make things better. There is new leadership, I hope that they do that. There is a lack of pro-activity and a culture of blame amongst a lot of the staff.

  6. Helpful (1)

Very good company to work for with opportunities internally to advance.

    Pros

Very financially sound company that allows you to develop and grow as a professional. As a large national and growing firm, the opportunities that give you to advance are limitless. They truly try to promote within and give internal candidates great opportunities.

    Cons

Like in large company, they do have several internal protocols that sometimes slows things down.
The company does have some complex management structure so that tends to make things tough to get an immediate approval.

    Advice to Management

I would tell management to keep doing what they are doing. They appear to be truly organized and have a great growth strategy that they stick to. They know where they are going and they have the plan to get there.
