Pros – -a lot of opportunities to work on different assignments
-good people to work with
-you get work with pretty advanced engineering technology
Cons – -not the right place for everyone.
-customers may be overly involved
-need to create your own visibility to senior management

* prosperous work
* great people to work with
* market value pay
* easy to commute (east hartford)
* aggresive and strategic company
* flexible hours
* eventhough its a big company, feels like its family oriented company
Cons – * Too much to do and not enough hours
Advice to Senior Management – I think the leader have put up a great strategic direction and a map. Make time for your people

-Find a niche that fits you
Cons – -No paid Holidays and to many days off
-Payscale
Advice to Senior Management – Work on getting hours rolled over from previous year and more PTO or some paid holidays.

Pros – Exccellent work culture, growing at most faster pace, good place to work , great performers and engineers will definately get rewarded in this company.
Cons – Multi-region culture and involvement need to be improved

Pros – Was able to experience many aspects of the engineering industry.
If you perform well, you get rewarded well.
Cons – Pay is terrible.
Benefits are worse.

Pros – Best company for freshers, exposure to modern machinery, Tie up with world class companies, Good for aeronautical engineers, A good place to do internships, Flexible work timing
Cons – Low basic salaries, Lack of communication from top order to lower, heavy work loads, Long bond period, weak HR policies, bad leadership
Advice to Senior Management – Please improve the work conditions
