    Lackluster Aerospace Position

Performance Engineer (Current Employee) East Hartford, CT

ProsThere is a good environment and nice people. There are a set of structured company culture, goals, and direction.

    Cons-Not enough training
-Too much coding for people who want to get their hands dirty
-Work only based on billable time

Advice to Senior ManagementHire people interested in aerospace/ engineering strong skills with programming so they may actually be an asset to the company. Those who have to catch up to speed in programming will do things too slowly for your benefit.

Repetitive work. A lot of copying and pasting in the beginning phases.

Supplier Performance Analyst (Current Employee) East Hartford, CT

ProsOpen environment, everyone is very friendly. The work hours are very flexible. Most positions are hourly, therefore you can only work 40 hours a week.

ConsRepetitive and tedious work. Constantly have to ask for work, on a daily basis. Other employees are nosey and very invasive. Unprofessional work environment at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind more work to delegate to your team members.

Good opportunity for entry level engineer

Project Engineer (Former Employee) East Hartford, CT

ProsIt is a good chance to work with customer on their project, and you might see top technology in the industry.
This might be a good start for a entry level engineer.

ConsI don't feel like this is a long term career.

    Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant (Former Employee) New Hudson, MI

ProsFall in love with Clients. Job is more relaxed when everyone is in bed. Paid training that is great. Its a good job to get your feet in the door to go on to some better place.

ConsPay sucks, traveling to so far just to take training classes. Its a lot of work and pressure on worker. Most of staff is lazy and managers suck and all the homes I've been to don't none of staff like working and is horrible to clients. You have to be with the company for a yr just the get there expensive benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement you should be worried about how homes are being ran and not pocketing money.
