International company with a lot of job possibilities.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Quad/Graphics full-time

ProsThis company is very widespread and covers many different print capabilities. Because of this, there are many different career avenues that can be explored until you find one that's right for you. They are an international company, so this allows for travel opportunities as well.
The employees at Quad/Graphics are respectful, become fast friends, and help each other out whenever needed.

ConsAs Quad/Graphics continues to buy out companies, sales have a tendency to slow down. This makes work and production slower. It can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the influx of work and then have a slow month immediately after. Management also tends to try out their own ideas and concepts for how things need to be run before taking the better advice of the employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementI believe upper management needs to take all employee advice into consideration, realize a good idea when they see one, and implement it with little to no hesitation.

A good company to work for.

Imaging Technician (Current Employee)

I have been working at Quad/Graphics full-time for more than 10 years

ProsIf you're an hourly employee, the overtime is pretty much unlimited. Want to work 70 hours a week? Have at it. Health benefits are good. On-site clinics and pharmacies are a great perk. Larger plants have decent food service.

ConsIf you don't like working overtime, it could be a problem. Deadlines must be met, and if that means working 12 hour days 6 days a week, that's what it takes sometimes.
