Current Employee – been working at Quad/Graphics
Pros – Quad/Graphic has great benefits, learning opportunities (including tuition reimbursement), advancement opportunities in multiple disciplines (health care, engineering, business...), and some great people.
Cons – Occasionally difficult to get information from people due to them having too many people going to them for information.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide a single point of contact for production details to the customer. Currently, the customer talks to at least three people within the company and it can make it difficult to ensure that all of the information from the customer is going to the correct people.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Quad/Graphics
Pros – Quad promotes a culture of learning your job, knowing your job, improving and then teaching others. It is an innovative and forward thinking corporation.
Cons – Quad started as a small family company and over the past few years has become a very large corporation. They are still working through some issues with older methodologies (e.g., Ready, Fire, Aim) that are no longer viable for a company this large.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
