Current Employee – been working at Qualcomm as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Insanely good benefits for an undergraduate internship.
High pay, exciting work, amazing people.
Cons – No cons come to mind. Traffic is heavy in the area but that's the price you pay to live and work in California.

Former Employee – worked at Qualcomm as an intern for less than a year
Pros – For interns:
- Great intern activities both at work and outside of work
- Good work life balance
- Projects: they don't expect a lot from interns, but if you demonstrate to them that you can be trusted with more responsibility, they'll give it to you.
- Pay is competitive
- Housing and relocation is paid for
- Good chance of getting a return offer if you do a good job.
Cons – I imagine that it takes a little time to move up here. This might not be a big deal to some people.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing. You can probably push your interns a little harder.

Former Employee – worked at Qualcomm as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Colleagues are smart and hardworking. There is alot of collaboration and everyone is willing to help others out. Additionally, San Diego is a great city to work in.
Cons – Space was kind of cramped during my internship. Did not get an office or cubicle, instead got a desk that was kind of just in the middle of the hallway (think receptionist's desk)

Former Employee – worked at Qualcomm
Pros – The internship program had very good compensation and excellent accommodations. They also hosted a lot of social events to help interns meet each other.
Cons – During my summer internship, I wasn't given a lot of responsibility or particularly challenging work and didn't really use or expand my technical skills.
Advice to Senior Management – Managers should try to give interns a project that will help them to further their technical skills and not just busy work.
