    Unfair interview after internship, had 3 months to assess but still interviewed.

    Separate managers from R&D tech dev.

    Amazing experience, good compensation. Lot of activities every day.

    Cons

    Need to engage manager/mentors on a daily basis. Focus on productivity even though you may not have prior experience.
