The company is nation wide and very well known. My branch manager is amazing and patient! My scheduale is very flexiable.

    Cons

Part of the position is mobile paramedical examiner for life/disability for different insurance company's. Sometimes applicants are a no show or the area that you work in doesn't have a lot of applicants. Therefor, you may have a lot of gaps or be very slow.

I thoroughly enjoyed working for quest. You get to pretty much manage yourself while driving.

I have been working at Quest Diagnostics full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly coworkers and management. Hiring process was pretty straightforward and I started pretty quickly. The pay rate is ok for the area and could be better.

    Cons

I work the night shift which is rough and it seems that is when a lot of the work gets done. Medical Technologist are stressed so they put pressure on the lower staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advice to management would be to hire more technicians to ensure that the workload can be processed more effectively.
