Former Employee – worked at Quorum Business Solutions (U.S.A.) full-time
Pros – As a small company, you really get a chance to get deeply involved in the product support and implementations early on. You are given more responsibilities quickly as you're ready to take them on.
Cons – There is a lot of turnover, so it can be difficult to find people with expertise on certain products. The growth potential also plateaus with a limited number of large implementation projects and continuing education opportunities.

Pros – Company culture is similar to small company where everyone is very close. With the company growth, the structure is becoming more solid with well-defined processes being implemented. Because of this, there is a lot of opportunity for folks to contribute to the structure. Your voice is heard and performance is recognized with a very comprehensive 6 month evaluation program. Great compensation for those that perform. Above average compensation for even those that are not top performers.
Cons – Typical with consulting companies with higher turnover. Depending on your role, there may be a lot of travel but most of the clients are Houston-based. Overall, very young group.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Quorum provides a great launchpad for individuals and professionals wanting to learn about the IT as well as energy industries.
Cons – Quorum does not have many if any downsides at all, since a down for one individual may be a pro for others. The consensus on a potential con are strict estimate deadlines. However, this can be seen across the consulting industry and is not limited to Quorum.

Pros – Don't seem to have layoffs once a year like some other tech copmanies.
Cons – No groups or divisions that are immune to travel but they seem to work with you if you have an issue that comes up that requires you to stay local for a short time.

Current Employee – been working at Quorum Business Solutions (U.S.A.)
Pros – Good Business Model - averages out revenue swings that occur in normal consulting model
Very Loose management styles.
Good work life balance encouraged.
Cons – Lack of knowledge shared among workers.
Lack of management presence to guide workflows
Somewhat static positions long wait times to move positions with in the firm
Advice to Senior Management – Foster an environment where workers can assemble and solve work related problems that they are intriniscally excited about. There are aspects of the industry that can be more exciting to work on but are unaccessible for a given position to contribute to those solutions.
