    Pros

Great salary, benefits and bonus plans. International mobility is highly prized by management.

    Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance, work is your life when you are an employee at RB. Senior management is a good ol boys club. Same management members switching roles globally.

I have been working at RB full-time

    Pros

People rotate fast, so there's always an opportunity to climb, or get experience laterally too. Company has started to make an effort to learn what it is doing wrong, and how to better keep its employees happy. Great place to learn a lot in a short space of time.

    Cons

Supply always get a bad reputation; people are very quick to blame supply without knowing all the facts. Operations and Logistics folks are treated like second-class citizens. Extremely fast paced work culture, which RB seems to call its strength, but oftentimes, mistakes are made and need to be fixed second time round, thereby generating more work.

    Advice to Management

Invest in training managers and middle managers to be better mentors, and not just bosses with metrics to keep. Look out for the overall personal development of people, so they actually want to stay with the company, and not look for an escape route their first week in...

I have been working at RB full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company offers lots of paid time off. On-site Gym for employees and a fairly lax environment.

    Cons

General feeling among employees is that the company doesn't care about me, so I don't really care about the company. There is not much engagement, and Project Supercharge boils down to squeezing everything they can out of as few employees as possible.

Train people to leave and represent you, but treat them like they will never want to leave. Train managers to lead...and continue that leadership training indefinitely.
