    Pros

    Huge amount of upward mobility and constantly challenges you to be better than your best.

    Cons

    Very prone to moving people around, everyone expects things in a short amount of time.

    Advice to Management

    Try to make sure the fundamentals are taught before expecting too much of newer employees.

    Not a great deal of process and protocol which can lead to duplication of effort sometimes

    Pros

    Speed of decision making, focus on results, commercial orientation and marketing focus

    Cons

    Culture is not for everyone, you need to constantly be open to feedback and change. Relatively short-term focus.

    Advice to Management

    Continue improving on what sets RB apart: commercial focus and speed of decision making. Recent initiatives to improve marketing communication are sign of a good change and shift to longer term planning.

    Pros

    Great Work/Life balance, opportunity for growth, great Insurance if not one of the best in the industry, company always had company events to promote camaraderie among coworkers. During the holidays the company would give gift to employees for their performance and to increase moral and future performance. Pay was great and very competitive in the industry. Great leadership and effective evaluation of individual performance which led to people wanting to be employee of the month.

    Cons

    There can be a lot of red tape involve if your wanted to make improvements or changes to anything that affected the manufacturing process or engineering process. A whole lot of paperwork since there has to be records for all things done from mixing, tablet pressing, weighing materials, changing out engineering components, any calibration procedures done and other redundant work. Only saw a few people leave because of the red tape involve and lack of growth in some departments.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing, The pharmaceutical business is a tough industry that requires a lot of protocols, while it may not always produce the greatest working environment, as long as people are happy, then their shouldn't be any problems

    Pros

    Very open to allowing employees to undertake their own projects in various areas. Culture is strong and carefully maintained, so employees who work for the company generally enjoy being there.

    Cons

    Practically zero instruction of guidance in favor of a learn-by-doing approach for new hires, but this can be circumvented by seeking out assistance from colleagues, who are always helpful and have been through the same learning process themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Even if comprehensive training is not made available, at least have more initiation procedures pointing new hires to what they must learn/train for and where

    Pros

    The company has created an excellent work environment in which you take on responsibilities from the start that you would not have the opportunity to in other companies until you have been there a few years. This creates an innovative entrepreneur work environment .

    Cons

    The intrapreneur work environment is not a good fit for everyone, you must be disciplined and know what needs to be done as you are watched over like you would be in other companies.

    benfits were good , very good company to work for.
