    Pros

The people that worked along side you on the floor were great. The building was air conditioned.

    Cons

Local management had no idea how to push the company forward. They were not equipped to handle driving the improvements and changes needed to bring the ITB branch of the company forward. This is not their fault as the Executive put them in these positions and did not vet them properly. Condescending remarks, yelling, and sometimes blows are the way of motivation in this company.

    Advice to Management

It is unsustainable to continue to purchase companies in order to drive up the stock price. It was proven in the 60's and again in the 80's and 90's.

    Pros

-Very Intelligent engineers and Employees -Some very fun, enjoyable people (it's really a handful of the management people who make this a difficult place to work) -Fairfield is a great area

    Cons

-Upper management (save a few) have little respect for other employees -Benefits are lacking -Room for advancement is incredibly small -Looked upon poorly unless working well over 40 hours -the only people who advance are those who are willing to have no life outside of the company.

    Advice to Management

Try paying attention to the happiness of your employees instead of just the numbers. Your workforce is just as important as the amount of product you ship.
