    -Great support
    -Base pay included
    -Industry leading institution

    -OTE is lacking due to compensation structure
    -Alot of micromanagement

    Advice to Management

    -Change the comp structure to better reward the performers and get rid of the slackers. They are wasting resources.

    - Very solid salary - Amazing people to work with, - Always an opportunity to move within insurance

    Cons

    -Not necessarily the best place to start if you want to move within the banking side of RBC
    - A lot of call centre jobs but thats to be expected
