    Great place to work!

Agent Assistant (Current Employee) Houston, TX

    Pros1. Family-Like atmosphere
    2. Great Co-Workers
    3. Training Opportunities
    4. Training classes
    5. The BRAND!
So many things makes this company unique. They continue to sponsor Children's Miracle Network and have yearly fundraisers.

ConsThe only thing I could think of is being a new agent and trying to remember all the new faces and information that seems to be thrown at you all at once. Can be very overwhelming at times... But in the end, is very worth it.

Independant with plenty of support when needed.

    Salesperson (Former Employee) Glendale, AZ

ProsMore tools and information from corporate than you will ever need. Some useful. On-Demand Video training very helpful. Excellent level of expertise among fellow agents.

ConsYou are completely independent while in the office unless you have a partner - not necessarily a place for a beginner. Fees are larger than most. Every franchise is managed differently so be choosy when interviewing.
