    Pros

There were a few people with really good technical talent that I had a pleasure of working with.

    Cons

Incompetent and abusive managers. Very poor work life balance. Managers set a very high standard for their employees which is in a way kind of good. The problem is they don't set the same level of standard for themselves. They blame their subordinates for their own abysmal project plan and execution.

    Advice to Management

Be careful whom you choose for management roles. Just having a good personal relationship with a person should not be the reason to promote him or her to management position. If you genuinely care about the long term good of your company, make a little more effort in finding the right talent instead of settling for a mediocre person that you are comfortable working with.

    Pros

Fast paced environment, friendly colleagues, fair benefits. The top executives care about the employees but lately there has been a disconnect.

    Cons

lack of planning, unrealistic and uneven task assignments, too much work, stress. Sometimes feel like learning nothing new and working exactly same things.
Managers see-saw between being caring to mean and are overly focused on budget without focusing on proper planning and work allocation and lack the ability to motivate and utilize resources.
Technology is outdated and people who claim to know newer technologies seldom do.
Employees expected to work late nights and weekends frequently.

    Advice to Management

Growing sense of insecurity distrust in some employees needs to be addressed, now. Too much negative micro management. Need to encourage employees to learn newer technologies. Work life balance needs to be improved.
